I'm an inclusion & wellbeing specialist, equipping and empowering people to make a positive difference
I'm a Queer British-Ghanaian (he/him) based in London, with an MSc in HR Management, and I help people and organisations create spaces where everyone can thrive. I’ve built a community of over 250,000 on social media who follow me for educational content, and I'm also the author of “Hope This Helps: How to be Kinder to Yourself and Others” - a practical guide to self-care and the practice of conscious inclusion.

I design and deliver inclusive, engaging and thought-provoking sessions that help people learn, reflect, and take action. Whether in-person or virtual, my workshops and talks cover a wide range of topics, from anti-racism, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, self-care and inclusive leadership. Every session is tailored to your audience and aims to equip people with practical tools they can apply right away.
I collaborate with brands, platforms and organisations to create authentic, educational content around inclusion, kindness and personal growth. Whether it’s writing articles, developing resources or building awareness campaigns, I’ll help you connect with your audience in a way that’s thoughtful, inclusive and engaging. You can also check out my social media channels to see the kind of content I share with my online community.
With a background in HR and L&D, I work with organisations to embed inclusion and wellbeing into their culture. This can include reviewing or shaping learning programmes, advising on staff networks (ERGs), or co-creating strategies that support meaningful, long-term change. I offer guidance that’s collaborative, evidence-informed, and rooted in lived experience.

"Benjy's recent inclusion forum on microaggressions at Born Social was both timely and impactful. His engaging, empathetic approach created an open space for our team to reflect and interact, making complex topics accessible and relevant. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with team members feeling empowered to contribute to a more inclusive environment - we particularly loved his take on micro affirmations and have started to exercise them wherever we can! "We engaged Benjy to run a session on racial microaggressions and what he delivered was informative, engaging and interactive for the team, and highly relevant so that people could take away tangible learnings and actions. Working with him was seamless, from the initial chat, to him sending through a pre-description video of his content, to the day itself - we felt reassured he knew exactly what we wanted and that he would deliver against the objective."
